Description: Winserv is an utility that can create an NT service running any application. When the application exits, the service becomes stopped. Winserv can interact with the application to allow it to process pause/continue requests and other SCM control codes. For TCL programmers, a script-only package is included to facilitate writing winserv-aware applications and to port tclsvc-based programs to winserv.
